The HealthTrac app is comprised of innovative products, programs and technology. We have deliberately integrated these components into our programs so that the value of the whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts.

The platform provides the Motivate Team with a powerful link to help you in a convenient and meaningful way to promote lifestyle change and long-term weight management.

HealthTrac and your Eating Plan

Please follow your Motivate diet plan on the Health Trac App, this will help to guide you so you can easily follow your healthy eating plan. Be sure to take your protein supplements as directed so you NEVER feel hungry or deprived.

Remember to eat at least every 4 hours to avoid Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).

The Healthtrac app is a critical part of the Motivate experience and allows you get the best results from your program. You will receive an email instructing you how to log into the Healthtrac website at my.motivate.life. You will use your same login information for the app which is available for both iPhone and Android devices.

There are many functions that you may choose to use on Healthtrac but the most important tool is called “Color My Day” which is a very simple tracking method that will allow you to assess on a daily basis how well you are doing with the program and this, in turn, allows our coaches to monitor and support you as needed.

Some of the other important functions in Healthtrac include:

• the ability to track the food you eat and your exercise as part of the plan

• setting up text reminders

• access to you educational materials through learning modules

• secure communication with our coaches

• the ability to link certain activity devices (Fitbit, Garmin, Jawbone) to monitor exercise and sleep.

So be on the look out for a welcome email instructing you on how to get started with Healthtrac and good luck with your program.
