Today we will talk about what is a good diet plan to lose weight? We evaluated six different diets ranging from the protein diet to that of 1500 calories. Over 1,400 patients have agreed to participate in our research and I thank them for it.
-Spontaneously 65% of the patients chose a protein diet, men and women making an identical choice.
-No psychological factor likely to favor a particular choice could be identified.
-Weight loss was faster for the protein diet.
-Weight loss caused improvements in habits and different psychological factors identical for all diets (less stress, less depression).
Contrary to popular myths, there is no miracle diet. There are some excellent diets that work.
